John F. Klock, (John J. Klock, Joseph L. Klock, John J. Klock, Johannes I. Klock, Hendrick Klock)

John F. Klock, aged 62 years and a highly respected resident of St. Johnsville, passed away very suddenly on Monday morning at 4 o'clock at the home of his father in law, Warren Richards, in the eastern part of the village, following a few hours' illness.

Mr. Klock was born in St. Johnsville and has always resided in this vicinity. In his neighborhood there was no one who did not know him nor cherish a kindly feeling towards their genial and good hearted neighbor. His many fine qualities and his sturdy integrity will be missed by all who had the pleasure of his friendship.

Mr. Klock was the son of the late J. Klock who was one of the pioneer settlers of the Mohawk Valley. He was a member of St. John's Council, Royal Arcanum. Besides his widow, Mrs. Mary Klock and two brothers, Adam I. Klock of St. Johnsville and Joseph Klock of Herkimer.

The funeral will be held on Thursday at 1 P.M. at the home of Mr. Richards. The services will be conducted by the Rev. H? G. Miller, pastor of the Methodist Church. The remains will be places in the Catherine Memorial Chapel in the Fort Plain Cemetery.
