KLOCK, Mr. Arnold L.
Age 74
Of 7829 South 36th Street.. Scotts

Passed away Saturday, March 19, 1988. He was born June 10, 1913 in Battle Creek and moved to the Athens area in 1946 and to Scotts in 1981. In the 1930’s he joined the Civilian Conservation Corp. and was employed from 1937 to 1946 at the Old Battle Creek Steel and Wire Company in Battle Creek, from 1946 to 1978 he was employed at the Kellogg Company in Battle Creek, from which he retired in 1978. He was a member of Kellogg’s 25 Year Club and also a member of the Prairie Baptist Church of Scotts, MI.

He was preceded in death his first wife, the former Vivian M. Williams in 1944. his second wife, the former Loris E. preston in 1984. Surviving are his wife, the former Lucina D. Manzano, with whom he was united in marriage October 27, 1984. 1 daughter from his first marriage, Joyce F. Bonfoey of Fairbanks, AK., 2 step-daughters, Linda I. Mona-Perrin of Augusta and Nan D. Sweet of Tahoka, TX., 2 sisters, Marian Beatty of Liberty, WV, and Rosamond Martin of Battle Creek. 4 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 1 step-great grandchild. Friends may call at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home, 703 Capital Ave. S.W., Battle Creek. Services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday from Prairie Baptist Church of Scotts, Pastor Tom Harrison officiating. Entombment in Memorial Park Cemetery, Battle Creek. Memorial contributions may be made to Prairie Baptist Church Building Fund, envelopes available at the funeral home.
