Seth Klock Dies at 65

Seth Alfred Klock, 65 or the Green Settlement Road, Adams Center, died at 6:20 a. m. Monday, February 18, at the House of the Good Samaritan, Watertown.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Piddock Funeral Home, Adams, Rev. Charles Stewart, pastor to the Adams United Methodist Church, officiating. Spring burial will be in Union Cemetery, Adams Center.

Calling hours will be today (Wednesday) from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Jennie, and one daughter, Cindy

Born July 31, 1914, in the town of Adams, the son of Marvin and Edna Trowbridge Klock, he graduated from Adams Center High School. He Married Jennie Scofield on February 6, 1943 at Adams with Rev. Charles B. Wallace Officiating. They have lived at their present home on the Green Settlement Road since that time.

Mr. Klock operated the family farm all his life and was employed as a truck driver by the Town of Adams highway department. For 12 years he was employed at the New York Air Brake Company, prior to his retirement last year.

He was a former member of the Smithville Grange and had currently been a member of the Adams Center Grange.
