Obituary of John H. Klock
Central Square, New York

Central Square, May 2—John H. Klock, 85, died Sunday noon at the home of his nephew, Burton Avery, on the Fulton road.

He was born Sept. 7, 1853, son of Henry and Sarah Dutcher Klock, pioneer residents here.

His wife, Mary Dutcher Klock, died several years ago and a son of Herbert, also is dead.

Mr. Klock was a member of Central Square grange, 583, having joined in 1890.

Surviving are a granddaughter, Mrs Thelma Klock Redmon, of Syracuse, four nephews, Burton Harley and Fred Avery of Central Square and Frank and Hadwen Klock of New Jersey, and a niece, Mrs. Nelson Edick of this village.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. (D.S.T.) at the Avery home with Rev. John J. Baker, pastor of the Baptist church, officiating.
Bukrial will be in Hillside cemetery.
